Integration Support
Individual Integration Support Through LMNOP3
LMNOP3 primarily works with treatment programs and retreat centers to build responsible integration infrastructure. In some cases, we are able to offer individual integration support or help connect individuals with trusted practitioners.
If you are seeking support, we may be able to:
Offer individual integration conversations on a case-by-case basis, or
Connect you with therapists or practitioners who provide integration support.
Our goal is to help people find ethical, trauma-informed care that prioritizes safety and long-term wellbeing.
What Is Psychedelic Integration?
Psychedelic experiences can bring powerful emotions, insights, memories, or shifts in perspective. Integration is the process of making sense of those experiences and translating them into meaningful change in daily life.
Without integration, insights may fade, become confusing, or lead to impulsive decisions. With thoughtful reflection and support, experiences can become opportunities for growth, healing, and greater self-understanding.
Integration is not about interpreting an experience too quickly or assigning it a single meaning. It is about creating space to reflect, stabilize, and gradually embody what emerged.
Why Integration Matters
Psychedelic experiences can temporarily increase emotional openness, psychological flexibility, and access to memory and meaning. This can create an opportunity for change — but that opportunity is often short-lived without support.
Integration helps people:
Reflect on what arose during an experience
Regulate difficult emotions or lingering intensity
Distinguish insight from impulse
Translate insights into sustainable changes in relationships, habits, or values
Reconnect with daily life after a powerful or disorienting experience
Healing does not happen simply because an experience was profound.
Healing happens when insight is integrated into life over time.
Who May Benefit from Integration Support
Integration support can be helpful for many people after psychedelic or non-ordinary experiences.
You may benefit from integration if you are:
Trying to make sense of a recent psychedelic experience
Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or unsettled after an experience
Unsure how to apply insights in your daily life
Processing difficult memories or emotions that surfaced
Wanting to reflect more deeply on a meaningful experience
Navigating relationship, identity, or life changes that followed an experience
Integration can be useful whether the experience occurred in a clinical setting, a retreat environment, or outside of formal programs.
What Integration Support Can Look Like
Integration is not a single conversation or interpretation. It is often a gradual process of reflection and stabilization.
Integration support may include:
Reflective conversation about the experience
Identifying themes or patterns that emerged
Nervous system regulation and grounding practices
Clarifying values, boundaries, or behavioral changes
Exploring how insights relate to relationships, work, or identity
Creating a plan for ongoing support and self-care
The goal is not to force meaning, but to support understanding that unfolds naturally over time.
