FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

Heather Love, MSN, RN, is a Registered Nurse, Nursing Educator, and Research Assistant who holds a certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies from Naropa University. She specializes in preparation, facilitation, and integration for expanded states of consciousness and psychedelic-assisted therapies.

Heather holds a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Nursing Education and maintains an active multi-state Compact RN license through the state of Montana. She supports individuals through a trauma-informed lens, with training in somatic, attachment-based, Ketamine-Assisted, Psilocybin-Assisted, and MDMA-Assisted therapies. She served as a Research Assistant on the first whole-psilocybin mushroom clinical trial involving human participants at the Scottsdale Research Institute. Heather also advanced her training through Rosalind Watts’s ACER Integration Program, which emphasizes the healing process of Accept, Connect, Embody, and Restore. She specializes in supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders, and is deeply committed to advancing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion within her community.

As a Nursing Educator at her alma mater, Heather taught a research-intensive course exploring health inequities, barriers to healthcare access, and the systemic privilege often required to obtain quality physical and mental health services. After surviving severe pregnancy, birth, and postpartum trauma, she reconnected with her own will to live and developed the concept of LMNOP3 to help others access safe, evidence-based therapies that supported her healing journey. She is a committed ally to LGBTQIA2+ and BIPOC communities, working to expand culturally responsive, accessible care for historically marginalized populations.

Heather is the Founder and President of LMNOP3 and serves on its Board of Directors, where her primary responsibilities include governance, strategic oversight, and organizational leadership. She also supports the organization as a contractor, providing harm-reduction education and integration coaching.

BOARD VICE PRESIDENT

Kari Roe is a Board Certified, Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, and a Certified Integrative Trauma Practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience in healthcare and healing. She is the founder and owner of a ketamine-assisted healing practice based in Peoria, Arizona, called Wisdom Inner Healing and is licensed to practice in Arizona, Alaska, and Michigan. Her work centers on trauma-informed, relational, and ethically grounded approaches to healing through non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Kari brings extensive experience in psychedelic medicine, including active involvement in multiple psychedelic clinical trials. Notably, she works on the first-ever United States clinical trial utilizing whole psilocybin mushrooms. Her clinical and research work reflects a deep commitment to safety, integrity, and respectful engagement with psychedelic medicines within legal, therapeutic, and community-centered frameworks. Across all settings, she prioritizes harm reduction, embodied integration, and care models that honor both individual autonomy and collective wellbeing.

This work matters to Kari because she understands healing as inherently interconnected—between people, communities, ecosystems, and the Earth itself. She is deeply aligned with LMNOP3’s commitment to life-honoring, anti-capitalist, and anti-supremacist practices, and to restoring reciprocal relationships with plant medicines and the planet.

As Vice President of the Board, Kari contributes clinical expertise, strategic insight, and ethical leadership. She is particularly interested in shaping trauma-informed programming, supporting research and education initiatives, and cultivating community partnerships that reflect LMNOP3’s values and long-term vision.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, Kari Roe is also engaged as a contractor providing psychedelic integration services for LMNOP3.

BOARD MEMBER

Catie Tobin is a licensed psychotherapist and addiction counselor, licensed psilocybin facilitator in Colorado’s Natural Medicine Program, and psychedelic integration coach. Her work blends clinical skills, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for the healing potential of expanded states of consciousness. 

Catie holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Public Health, and has completed advanced training in EMDR, parts-based approaches, and a certification in psychedelic-assisted therapy through Naropa University.  Her clinical background includes work in traditional outpatient therapy as well as experiential and community-based mental health settings.

Catie is particularly passionate about improving equitable access to psychedelic-assisted care and supporting models that are clinically grounded and culturally responsive. Her perspective is shaped by both her clinical work and a broader background in public health systems and experiential healing.

As a member of the LMNOP3 Board of Directors, Catie contributes to organizational strategy, program development, and communications, with a focus on aligning mission, values, and real-world implementation. In addition to her role on the Board, Catie also works with the organization as an independent contractor providing integration coaching.
